Had a pleasant stay at the grand kasturi hotel. The location is very ideal and pleasant. It's a commercial building with a gym, pub and a rooftop restaurant. The rooms are spacious and beautiful! Comfortable beds, they have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The mini bar is just never-ending, equipped with wide range of beverages, cookies and chacolates the organisation was just fab! The staff are very professional, the response is very quick. Special mention to the manager, he is always ready to help. His request to write a review was so genuine, or else I wouldn't write a brief. When said about a feedback, the way he received it and explained about how they are working genuinely on their flaws was just excellent. Such professional staff! ~ chereddy v

Absolutely amazing place , the rooms are spectacular good service and a good place to stay for that price point. Rahul and his team showed great hospitality to me and my colleagues with whom I was staying here, was always ready to help if we needed anything. The hotel is Located in a lively place with lots food options in an around the hotel. Breakfast was good , you can expect the standard Idili Dosa and pongal or upma combinations. But they did provide aloo paratha when we asked as a breakfast option. So if anybody want anything specific do ask them. I Stayed for more than 20 days here and every day there was room cleaning and servicing. AC is a centralised system rooms doesn't have individual control over the AC. I encourage people to try this place out if you are considering this hotel. Thankyou ~ David I

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Kasturi Hotel! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and decorated with tasteful local accents. The staff is accommodating and friendly—always ready to help with a warm smile. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly—even in Chennai’s humid weather. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering an excellent variety of South Indian and continental dishes. Located conveniently close to local hubs, the hotel is also quiet and serene—perfect for both business travelers and families. The Wi‑Fi was fast and stable, and check‑in/out was seamless. Stayed here for 3 weeks, had no problems at all. Pleasant stay, polite staff, Tasty and healthy breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well maintained with amenities like TV, mini fridge and electric kettle. The staff at the reception area very kind and helpful. I recently stayed at Grand Kasturi, and I have no words to express how fabulous the experience was! The ambience of the room was top-notch — beautifully designed and exceptionally well-maintained. The room provided to me was exactly as shown on their website, which really impressed me. It matched the pictures perfectly, and that level of transparency added to my trust and satisfaction. The room was fully equipped with thoughtful amenities like snacks, a weighing machine, a color-changing mirror, and a well-stocked washroom with all the essentials provided. Everything was spotlessly clean and hygienic. Honestly, I didn’t even feel like leaving the room — it was that comfortable and inviting. My stay included a complimentary breakfast, which was impressive. There was a wide variety of items including bread, butter, jam, eggs, idli, vada, paratha, juice, and many more options — something for everyone.😋 The hotel’s location is also excellent — well-connected and convenient. We had no trouble finding cabs, and there were plenty of nearby options for lunch, dinner, and snacks. Hotel is new and well maintained. We booked suite room and rooms were nice. Location is close to Spice Garden bus stop. They have parking too. Only improvement is on breakfast buffet, which could be better. ~ Sahil C
